Founded in 2012, EOSF is a social welfare nonprofit organization with the mission of helping  people around the world gain access to knowledge and opportunity through technology.  Over the past decade, we have designed and delivered an operating system (EOS), tools and programs that deliver on this mission.

In the US, Endless is taking the digital divide head on.  12+ million American kids don’t have access to computers and / or the internet.  We are launching The Endless Laptop Program which (1) brings the cost of a computer down to less than a dollar a day, and (2) provides an ecosystem of apps, productivity tools, and educational resources that work well whether you are online or offline.  At Endless, we believe that computers are the universal tools of education and work in the digital economy, and we are fighting to make them accessible to all.


Role Description

The Business Development Director will identify and develop new business partnerships and user demand across channels and geographies for The Endless Laptop Program.  Responsibilities include:

  • Client segmentation and lead generation (developing target lists and systematic and effective outreach strategies including cold calling).
  • Clearly communicating our vision and presenting The Endless Laptop Program as a unique and innovative solution to bridging the digital divide.
  • Managing and hosting sales events with partners and their end users.
  • Working with EOSF’s support team, program managers, and engineers to successfully implement partner deployments.

  • Strong communication skills, highly organized and ability to manage sales processes
  • Experience in business development / sales roles within technology-based enterprises
  • Experience in opening new client markets and channels
  • Bachelor's-level degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
